SUBJECT-Calendar "Quick Start"

The new calendar is extremely easy to use and has some very powerful features. The first thing to do is to create an account for yourself. Sign in with a Username and Password of your choice. You will receive a confirming email when the account is setup and ready to use. Do not forget your password because I will not be able to retrieve it for you. The best I can do is to delete your account so that you can set up a new one.

With your new account, you can now add personal events to the calendar. You will be able to edit the events you have added but will be blocked from changing anyone else's. To make changes to events other than your own, you will have to contact the Webmaster .

When you create or change an event, you will receive a confirming email. You will also receive, autmatically, a "reminder" email 7days and 1 day before the event. When you create or edit an event, you will be given the option to select other account holders to be included in the notifications. If you have selected anyone, they will always receive the same notifications and reminders that you do. This automatic notification feature should prove very useful if you are organizing an event involving a group of people in the Chapter.

I don't think anyone will need them, but there are detailed instructions on all of the calendar functions listed below. If you have any questions that aren't answered here, use the new Forum for support questions. That way, everyone can share the information.
